House Oversight Chair James Comer has launched an investigation into Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s visit to a Scranton, Pennsylvania ammunition factory. He alleges the trip was organized to benefit Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign using taxpayer resources. The visit comes as tensions between Zelenskyy and former President Donald Trump rise. Trump has criticized Zelenskyy for comments about his running mate, JD Vance, and expressed frustration over continued U.S. support for Ukraine. Zelenskyy is in the U.S. to attend the UN General Assembly and meet with President Biden.
