00:00They won't have the final say, but they will be, they're obviously heavily involved, Tony
00:04Bloom and the way his companies operate, he's clearly an integral part of how his companies
00:08operate and the technology and the software that they use, he's one of the, he's the only
00:13guy who knows how all these components fit together and how they all pull together and
00:18what they produce, so he's clearly going to be involved in it.
00:20I think if your heart's right at this minute, it would be foolish to have these talks with
00:27Tony Bloom about potentially a 10 million, a deal worth up to 10 million pounds and have
00:32all this in place and get access to his technology and these algorithms and have a list of names
00:37that these algorithms churn out and then appoint somebody else.
00:42That's not beyond the realms of possibility, but I don't, I wouldn't expect them, I would
00:46expect them to go with somebody who has come out of and been identified by the Tony Bloom
00:53operation because you risk really hacking the guy off if you ignore the advice and
00:59the recommendations that his companies are producing.
01:02That's not to say that hearts are bound to pick somebody from him, but that's, I think
01:07that's the road that they would be likely to go down when you get to the point of making
01:11an appointment.
01:12They've got their own list of names, as Andrew McKinley's already made clear, and there's
01:16some capable people on the hearts board, absolutely no doubt that they can sift out a manager
01:21and appoint one on their own, but when you have access to the Star Lizard and Jamestown
01:27Analytics type of technology and recruitment expertise, then I think you'd be silly not
01:34to go with that.
