00:00I know that there are many people who are angry, especially the elite above,
00:09about the passage I gave completely to the SPRM and the pressure to all enforcement agencies
00:19and of course the KSN and so on, to ensure that we avoid leaks.
00:25Whatever people say about the government today, one thing I insist on is that we do not tolerate any excesses.
00:33Tenders must be done, no more negotiated tenders.
00:38If you have found any member of the cabinet, anybody, with any interest, he will be automatically sacked.
00:45That is clear. And all parties seem to agree.
00:49Let the SPRM take responsibility.
00:54But also our mentality, because the issue of morals and values goes back,
00:58even though it is clear that Islam is a mouthful,
01:01but when we take action against corruption, take action against Global Ikhwan,
01:07based on values and morals, it is opposed,
01:13including those who talk about this matter. And this is our problem.
01:17As for me, Alhamdulillah, God has given me health, I am vitamin, I will not concede.
01:24If that is a compromise, there is no point for me to be Prime Minister.
01:28The leaders must set a good example, from the point of view of cleaning up this country
01:34from corruption, plundering or plundering the wealth of the country.
01:39People attack this as a political agenda, I don't care.
01:44But if you ask the SPRM, PDRM, Commercial Crime, or KSN, I am consistent.
01:53I ask and the Cabinet, together with me today,
01:58we want to save the initial mission with good governance.
02:04If the governance is broken, there is no point in these changes.
02:08You can talk about economic reform, but what economic reform?
02:12If you steal 20 billion, it will come out.
02:14If someone retires as a minister, there is a wealth of 4 billion, 2 billion, 3 billion.
02:21Then what is going to happen to this country?
02:23What is wrong with our society?
02:26What happens to our intellectuals and our elites?
02:29And why do they become the scapegoat of groups like this?
02:34Sometimes it's their responsibility, sometimes it's their rank, sometimes it's their wealth.
02:38See, I have warmed up a bit.
02:41No, it's true, because I said it from passion.
02:43Hadith al-qalbat bil-qalbat.
02:48This is from heart to heart.
02:50Because if not, then not.
02:51That's why in this Madani,
02:53whether it's good or bad, there must be goodness and there must be confidence.
03:01And hopefully we can apply this.
03:05I don't know how, but every opportunity I have as a public official and political leader,
03:11I emphasize this.
03:13And if we're lucky, whatever is being said or perceived outside,
03:18me and the team,
03:21whether it's Mr. Zahid, the leader of UMNO, the minister of UMNO,
03:27or Mr. Fadhilah, GPS,
03:30and we're in PHD, AP, AMAL.
03:33Up until now, almost two years,
03:36in the next month, two years,
03:38there hasn't been a single minister or leader
03:44who has contradicted our decision.
03:47For example, there must be a tender.
03:49There must be accountability.
03:50Don't let it leak out.
03:52And recently, I hosted an agency, a government agency,
03:57a company and a ministry, staff,
03:59sent 68 people to the Pesta Exhibition in Berlin.
04:04I got the full support of the cabinet.
04:06And they took up and stopped.
04:08Which means, above us.
04:10If the minister wants to go out,
04:11this is the first time in history,
04:13when our prime minister said,
04:15if you want to go, you don't have to go.
04:18You can wait for other opportunities.
04:20Never happened before.
04:22Why do I do it?
04:23Not that I'm strong or politically strong,
04:26because my colleagues,
04:28my right hand, Zahid, left hand, Fadhilah,
04:31gave full support based on this evidence.
04:36So, if the minister wants to go,
04:38how many staff?
04:39Three? No, two is enough.
04:41We control that.
04:43But when my agency is below,
04:4520.
04:47To go to a meeting, eight.
04:49We have to stop this.
04:50So, you see, they use these changes,
04:53it must be absorbed.
04:54It takes time to go down.
04:55If it's the first six months,
04:57maybe I won't dare.
04:59I smell it.
05:00It's a new invention.
05:02Now, I think we can.
05:04Faizah azamtah, fatawakalallah.
05:07InshaAllah, we can continue that.
