00:00An employee of the Bureau of Immigration was jailed after he entered the Justice Department with a gun and took a selfie with Justice Secretary Crispin Rebulia.

00:11Salima Refran was arrested.

00:17Inside the Department of Justice in Manila, this man was arrested with a 9mm gun yesterday.

00:24The gun has a license but he doesn't have a permit to carry it.

00:28The man was even close to Secretary Jesus Crispin Rebulia.

00:33He took a selfie with me yesterday.

00:35The security were able to trace some movement that is not good.

00:41He knows a lot of people here. He knows the system.

00:44But he has been dismissed from the service before.

00:48That's why there's a problem.

00:50He's carrying a gun and doesn't have a license.

00:53The man is wearing a shirt with the logo of the Bureau of Immigration.

00:57But this is not an official uniform of the Department of Justice.

01:00According to the BI, he has been a job order employee for seven months.

01:04He was assigned to units that investigate illegal aliens in the country before he was dismissed from the service.

01:11We received reports that he has different activities in the conduct of his duties.

01:17We think that we might find out more during his investigation on the cases he's facing right now.

01:25He's also being investigated for possible use of his former job in the BI to deceive.

01:31He's also a scammer. He's described as a scammer by many other people.

01:40The Manila Police already held the man and he's facing an illegal possession of firearms.
