00:53I move to terminate the sponsorship and debate on the budget of the Congress of the Philippines.

01:18Yesterday, President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. urgently certified the 2025 General Appropriations Bill.

01:26In the letter sent by the President to House Speaker Martin Romualdez,

01:30it was noted that it is important to expedite the approval of the bill to ensure that the government's operation will not be delayed

01:38and that the government's funding of programs and initiatives will continue.

01:43Now that the bill has been certified as urgent, it can be approved in two or three readings within a day,

01:51so the approval of the bill will really come by hand later.

01:55The various agencies and branches of the government, such as the Office of the President, Department of Education, and Civil Service Commission,

02:03have already approved their own funds in the plenary session.

02:06The Department of Transportation and its attached agencies have also passed the budget requested in the plenary session,

02:13as well as the Marine and Toll Regulatory Board.

02:16The issue in the RFID system was first taken up by some congressmen.

02:22Madam Speaker, we appreciate the presence of the officials of the DOTR.

02:28We thank them for being with us here at the House of Representatives.
