00:00In Naicavite, the police found the man wanted for molesting a minor. The accused was denied criminal charges.

00:14In his home in Naicavite, operatives of Anonas Police served a warrant of arrest against a 43-year-old construction worker.

00:23This is for the case of lascivious conduct and violation of the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.

00:31According to the police, they received information that the accused is in Naicavite.

00:37This was denied by our police in the line of the mother of the victim.

00:44We immediately searched our warrant and the warrant of the suspect came out positive.

00:52Our warrant personnel immediately went to Naicavite.

00:59In an investigation by the police, the accused molested his 13-year-old daughter several times.

01:05The crime took place in Pangasinan in September 2023.

01:10This victim and his younger brother were left by his mother.

01:16His mother comes home every weekend because she works as a babysitter.

01:21The chances that his mother is not here, this is where the molestation of the father of the victim takes place.

01:31In April, the victim confessed to his own mother.

01:38The accused is in jail in Anonas Police Station.
