The Federal government will study Johor's transit housing program to explore the possibility of expanding it to other states, says Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

Speaking after the groundbreaking ceremony of the Taman Kluang Perdana (Phase 3A) affordable housing project in Kluang on Sunday (Sept 22), the Deputy Prime Minister noted that the initiative, which sets aside a portion of renters' monthly payments as "savings" for the future purchase of a home, could provide significant support to young families.
