00:09It's Hamza. We're at the Art B&B in Blackpool and we're actually in the Mark McClure room.
00:15Mark McClure is an artist based in London and he focuses on kind of abstract designs
00:20and definitely one of my favourite rooms.
00:23The Art B&B was really trying to be a unique place.
00:27Before we took over, it was set up as a kind of creative project
00:32and every room has individually been designed by an artist.
00:36So we've got 19 rooms and we have been changing a few rooms
00:41and trying to work with local artists to get involved in the design.
00:45And our guests really, really appreciate the uniqueness of it.
00:49Whereas at the moment, a lot of the kind of hotel chains, the rooms are quite vanilla.
00:54Yeah, so there's nothing quite like this. So it's very, very individual.
00:57And you're based in a pretty good spot, aren't you?
00:59You're at North Shore, just opposite the Metropole.
01:02You've got sea views here, right next to the tram track as well.
01:06So you're in a handy location.
01:07Right next to the train station as well, yeah.
01:09And then you've got all the hustle and bustle just the next block down.
01:12Yeah, so it's a great, great location.
01:14And we've got a great cafe downstairs.
01:16The Flower Child offer amazing breakfast, coffee, brunch throughout the day as well.
01:21So yeah, really great venue.
