00:39Tony Yang, brother of the former presidential economic advisor Michael Yang, was jailed here after he was arrested in the operation of BI, PAOC and ISOP last night.
00:51You're under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in this investigation.
00:59After he was arrested in Naigat Terminal 3 from Cagayan de Oro, he was immediately arrested by the people of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission or PAOC, Yang Yansin or Tony Yang.
01:10He is the elder brother of Michael Yang, former economic advisor of the former president Rodrigo Duterte.
01:16According to the Bureau of Immigration, Tony Yang was arrested in accordance with the mission order of the Bureau of Immigration due to undesirability and misrepresentation.
01:26He already had a violation, the so-called violation of immigration laws. This is the misrepresentation that he was committing by a Filipino.

03:25Yang will remain in the custody of the PAOC while the court has not yet made a decision.
03:30Aside from the IDs, Yang also obtained several items such as a luxury watch worth more than 2 million pesos and 1.4 million pesos in cash.
03:40Yang has been called to the next House Squad Committee for his possible connection to other illegal POGO in the country.
