Commanders Reasons for Optimism

00:44going into his third season. So there's at least another year on his rookie deal.

00:54in the red zone. I think, I think the false starts in the red zone stuff. I think you've

01:00got to treat that as an one-off outlier. And if it continues to happen, then you got to do like

01:08something significant has to change there. But I'd argue that I think the offensive line has been

01:17better than expected. Um, I think the oddish has been awesome. Um, I think Cosby is a really

01:23good player. I think Al Gretty has been pretty good. The tackles are questionable. Wiley has

01:29had some struggles. Coleman has had some struggles. He's also coming back from the injury.

01:32He's also like weirdly still a little bit rotating with Cornelius Lucas. Maybe that's just like a

01:38football shape thing. Um, but I think the offensive line is, is some reason for optimism.

01:45Um, I'm not sure about the receiver position. I like for right now, I like the tight end group.

01:52I think Zach hurts can get open among the best tight ends in the NFL. I don't think he's the

01:57yak guy he wants was, but he can get open and catch the ball. Um, I think for a long-term

02:04optimistic view or hell just to even like this, looking at the entirety of this season, you'd

02:10like to see McCaffrey and Senate get more involved. Generally. I've been saying this for

02:16a while that I'd expect those kind of young rookie players look for them like after Halloween,

02:22once they kind of see the speed size scope of life in the NFL, get used to it and then kind of

02:29advanced from there.
