00:00This facility will allow us a lot more to get individual customers in as well as address a

00:05larger group with the big training room next door that can probably host about 30 to 40 people.

00:09The other part of the training piece that's very important for us is from a staff point of view as

00:14well, is obviously our sales people, our technicians within the group. We want to

00:19have a certain level of technology experience. You as our customers buy the technology. It's

00:24our responsibility to make sure that our staff is well trained to not only support it but obviously

00:29optimize your machines that you've got. So our tech advisors main responsibility is we've currently

00:34got five within the group. Their main job or main role within the group is to work closely

00:40with John Deere either from a factory point of view or training facilities we've got at JDL

00:44or the construction side of it and to bring that knowledge base back to the group. So currently

00:50we've got about 110 technicians in the group, 125 apprentices. Very difficult for Perth and

00:56obviously WA being so far from some of the training centers. Their main responsibility is

01:01to go get the training first and bring that material back from a technician point of view

01:05is to make sure that that knowledge is shared throughout the group. So again from a training and

01:11technology as well as knowledge center, this is pretty much the brains within

01:16within the group for what we want to rally out from a staff and a customer point of view.
