00:00Andrew Squires, I'm running for the Platypus Park Ward. This is my second
00:06term round. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful in the last round but I
00:10thought I'd put my hat in the ring again to try. My endeavours are to try
00:15and do some positive listening and thoughts back within the community
00:22especially in the Platypus Park Ward. You know I'm looking at road safety which
00:26is a big problem at the moment especially around the highway facilities
00:31up to Kermit Road and Morris Road. Also with the the Warrnambool vicinity as a
00:39local health care worker I'm actually quite concerned about the road safety
00:43around the local hospital precinct you know with the speed limits and
00:48especially with the new redevelopment happening in the in the future and how
00:52the council could support the health care facility in reducing speed limits
00:56and and making a bit more safe for pedestrians and elderly people
01:00especially which is a big thing and concern for myself and and naturally
01:06co-workers who I work with.
