The betting market has seen some money come in on the New England Patriots what could this mean for the big rivalry game on Thursday night?

00:00Uh, let's begin our line movement sojourn, uh, in New Jersey at MetLife Stadium where
00:04tomorrow night, Thursday night, week three kicks off with the Jets and the Patriots on
00:09Thursday night football. What do we have here? Side and total ahead of this game in the AFC East.
00:14Yeah, the betting market fixated on Thursday night football in the AFC East and Monday morning,
00:19this was sitting at six and a half. It's kind of been the whole hashtag push pull in the betting
00:23market between these two teams. Six and a half is where we're sitting on a Monday morning. We went
00:27all the way down to as low as five and a half, which I found a little bit surprising. I didn't
00:30bet any New York Jets at that number, but I just thought it was interesting that that's how low
00:34it got. And then New York Jets money came back where we now sit at six in the market in terms
00:39of the side, the total is ticked up a little bit throughout the week. I've gone from 37 and a half
00:42to 38 and a half, no massive injury news that would go ahead and move the side. At least in
00:47my opinion, I know CJ Mosley, who is a really impactful linebacker for the New York Jets,
00:51but he's also a linebacker. I don't think that's going to impact anything from a side
00:54standpoint when we're hanging around a key number like this, but interests I think back and forth.
00:58Some people that are bullish on New England not being as bad as we all thought in the summertime,
01:02then other people looking to fade Gerard Mayo as a rookie head coach. That's been a really popular
01:07angle. Rookie head coaches on Thursday night football, especially early in the season can
01:11be tricky. So I think you're getting a little bit of that push pull. People liking the Jets for a
01:15certain reason, people like New England Patriots for a certain reason, but we do sit at six pretty
01:18much across the market. I'll tell you what, six and a half or seven, and I'm interested in the
01:22New England Patriots coming up on Thursday night. Christian Gonzalez can stick on Garrett Wilson,
01:28and I'm not saying he's going to shut Garrett Wilson out, and then the Jets don't have a ton
01:32else going on on offense. Breese Hall is awesome. Patriots run defense. I got a little bit of
01:37concerns about the Jets' ability to score a lot in this game. I know Jermaine Johnson tore his ACL
01:43this past weekend for the Jets in the win on the road at Tennessee. I think the Jets will win the
01:48game. I would not lay this type of number with the Jets coming up though on Thursday night football.
