00:09Last Saturday, former police major Allan DeCastro and his driver, bodyguard, Jeffrey, were arrested in Balayan, Batangas.

00:54According to PNP-CIDG, hair strands and blood matched on the vehicle in the DNA sample given by Camilon's parents.
