00:00Hi guys, in this video I will show you how to enable or disable automatically resend
00:07as text, SMS or MMS in Google Messages on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
00:14So this is my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra device.
00:19So let us start.
00:20So just open your Google Messages app.
00:23You can see it's opened, and after that just tap on your profile icon over here, and then
00:31tap on Messages settings, and then tap on RCS chats.
00:39And you can see guys here we have automatically resend as text, SMS or MMS this option.
00:47Switch from RCS chats if a message can't send.
00:51So to enable it, you have to enable this toggle button next to it.
00:55So to enable this toggle button, just tap on it so that this slider moves to the right.
01:02So let me show you, let me tap on it.
01:06And you can see guys here we have this pop-up, and here we have this message, Messages sent
01:11as text, SMS or MMS are not end-to-end encrypted and don't preserve media clarity.
01:20Carrier charges may apply.
01:22Messages will switch back when RCS reconnects.
01:26So just read this message, and if you agree only then tap on this Allow this link.
01:31So I agree to this, so let me tap on Allow this link.
01:36And you can see guys it's now enabled, and whenever you want to disable it, then you
01:40have to disable this toggle button next to it.
01:44So to disable this toggle button, just tap on it so that this slider moves to the left.
01:51So let me show you, let me tap on it.
01:54And you can see guys it's now disabled.
01:56So just select the option that you want.
01:59So I would like to enable it.
02:01So let me enable this toggle button.
02:04Let me tap on Allow this link.
02:08And you can see guys it's now enabled.
02:10And after you've done, you can go back.
02:13Go back again.
02:15And close the Google Messages app if you want.
02:18So let me close mine.
