00:26Now, in the media briefing earlier, Secretary Herbosa said that he will present to President Marcos
00:34the program for vaccination for Filipino youth.
00:37In fact, there will be a nationwide vaccination school on October 7

01:05According to Secretary Herbosa, the vaccination rate has been decreasing in the past years
01:10because of the COVID-19 pandemic,
01:12where students have no access to the schools where vaccination is usually conducted.
01:19All health workers are also affected by the pandemic.
01:22That's why there is no vaccine against COVID-19.
01:24Therefore, to strengthen the vaccination program, Secretary Herbosa is inviting President Marcos.
01:30In other words, every year, the Health Department targets 2 million young people to be vaccinated.
