"I was attempting a new personal best on bench press," Kirsty recounted to WooGlobe. "It was my last set, and I couldn’t push the weight back up after three reps. This was my fourth rep, and I got stuck, looking around for help."
Fortunately, a helpful gym-goer was nearby to assist Kirsty and safely resolve the situation.
