Jan was feeling confident as he attempted to lift his new squat max. Everything seemed perfect at the start, and he was in a good rhythm.

But as he reached the peak of the lift, things quickly went wrong. His feet began to lose grip, and the weight became too much for him to handle.

Despite his efforts, Jan couldn't maintain control, and he ended up failing the lift.

In an instant, the barbell slipped, and Jan found himself in a dangerous position with the weight resting dangerously close to his neck.
