00:46at a speed of 70 kilometers per hour.

00:48It was moving in the direction of Panluran, east of Panluran, very slowly.

00:52Because of this, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 hit Hener.

00:57In Micagayan, Babuyan Islands, Isabela, Quirinon, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayau, Calinga, Abra, Ifugao,

01:04Mountain Provinces, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales,

01:11Sarlak, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon.

01:15We are also expecting that the Philippine area of responsibility, Hener, will be released around Wednesday.

01:26And also, her landfall is possible in Isabela or Aurora in the next 24 hours.

01:34And aside from Hener, we are also monitoring another storm that is outside our Philippine area of responsibility.

01:44So this storm is possible to enter our Philippine area of responsibility tomorrow evening.
