00:19It is a conceptual flying aircraft carrier designed by Robert Bettini, a Soviet aerospace engineer, in 1960 based on the ground effect.

00:28The ground effect means that the closer the aircraft is to the ground, the greater the lift and the smaller the resistance.

00:35It can enable an aircraft carrier with a dead weight of 2,500 tons to cruise at a high speed above 20 meters above the water surface.

00:44Because it flies at a low altitude, it is not easy to be detected by radar.

00:49It can cross the Atlantic to attack the enemy in 4 to 5 hours.

00:53More than 20 fighters in the cabin are lifted to the platform by hangars and elevators.

00:58Since the aircraft carrier itself has a cruising speed of 600 km, these fighters do not need to be ejected when taking off and can almost take off on the spot.
