00:22I would like to casually comment on what is happening.

00:27There is an attempt to substitute concepts, because they are not talking about allowing

00:34or prohibiting the Kiev regime from carrying out strikes into Russian territory.

00:41It is already striking Russia with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles and other means.

00:51But when it comes to using high-precision long-range weapons of Western manufacture,

00:57it is a completely different story.

00:59The fact is that I have already spoken about this, and any experts will confirm this, both

01:04here and in the West, that the Ukrainian army is not capable of carrying out strikes with

01:10modern high-precision long-range forces of Western manufacture.

01:15They cannot do this.

01:19This is possible only with the use of intelligence data from a satellite, which Ukraine does

01:25not have.

01:26This is only data from a satellite of European Union.

01:30Or the United States, in general.

01:32These are NATO satellites.

01:34This is the first.

01:35The second.

01:37And this is very important.

01:39Perhaps this is the key thing, which is that flight missions in these missile systems can

01:46only be carried out by military personnel of NATO countries.

01:52Ukrainian military personnel cannot do this, therefore, the issue is not about allowing

01:59the Ukrainian regime to strike Russia with these weapons, or not.

02:13If this decision is generally accepted, it will mean nothing other than the direct participation

02:30And this, of course, significantly changes the very essence and nature of this conflict.

02:35This will mean that NATO countries, the United States of America, European countries are

02:40fighting with Russia.

02:42And if this is true, then, given the change in the essence of this conflict, we will make

02:52appropriate decisions based on the threats, which they will create for us.
