00:00Hello everyone and welcome to my channel.
00:04On this video I'm going to show you guys how to make a chocolate covered strawberry.
00:08We're going to need 25 strawberries and the strawberries should be at room temperature
00:13is really important so that way the chocolate will stick really good into the strawberries.
00:18I have this chocolate, this is the brand that I use for this bouquet.
00:23It's a bright pink color, I already have it melted, I melt it on the microwave.
00:29And to decorate them I have coconut and some sprinkles.
00:35We're going to begin by applying a little bit of the chocolate to the skewers and we're
00:40going to insert it into the strawberry.
00:42Try to find the hard part of the strawberry that way you're going to have your strawberries
00:47very secure and they're not going to move from your bouquet.
00:52Next we're going to cover the strawberry in chocolate.
00:54This part should be really easy, just dip it in the chocolate and try to cover the
01:00whole strawberry if you can.
01:03And I'm going to use this foam to keep them up.
01:15I'm going to be doing four designs for the strawberries and on this one I'm going to
01:19be applying coconut.
01:28For this one I'm going to be applying these really cute sprinkles.
01:32They're in a heart shape.
01:34Just make sure that when you put them, just kind of press on them so they can look much
01:39better on the strawberry.
01:56For this one I'm going to be applying some pink pearls.
01:59They're really cute, they're really tiny but I love the way they look on the strawberries
02:03too.
02:22And now for the last ones I'm going to be doing some white stripes and I have this white
02:26chocolate.
02:28I put it in this bag, it's a Ziploc bag and just make a really small cut on the tip of
02:33the bag, that way your lines are really small.
02:37Make sure that you do double check before you place it on the strawberry just to make
02:42sure that the lines are not going to be too thick.
02:46And when you have the skewers it's really easy, just kind of hold it and twist it and
02:52that should do the work.
03:03And now we are all done with the strawberries.
03:06I have them all covered with chocolate and as you can see by leaving them in the foam
03:12they should dry on its own.
03:15You don't have to put them in the refrigerator.
03:19And now we're going to move on to the next step.
03:22This is a paper that I'm going to use.
03:25This paper is shiny on one side so I'm going to fold it in half because I want this side
03:30to be inside the strawberries.
03:33I'm going to need two just because this is going to be a large bouquet but if you have
03:38a smaller one you might just need one.
03:41Also I'm going to put this one on the outside part of the bouquet.
03:47Since I have the long skewers I'm going to fold this one a little bit longer so we can
03:53cover the sticks all the way to the bottom.
03:58This is how it should look when it's all done.
04:04And now since this is a big bouquet we're going to make it easy with this wrapping paper.
04:10We're going to make small bouquets of four strawberries on each one and this is going
04:16to make it so easy to hold it in one.
04:26And to make this bouquet look even much better we're going to make sure that the strawberries
04:31are nice and flat on the top as much as we can.
04:44Now that I have all my bouquets now we're going to make it in one single bouquet.
04:49This is really easy all you have to do is just place them all together and just make
04:55sure that you continue to put them even on the top as much as you can.
05:00I know it can get a little tricky because the strawberries are pointy but just try your
05:06best so your bouquet can look very professional.
05:12And now that we have it all in one single bouquet now we're going to secure it with
05:17more plastic paper.
05:19Just make sure that you tie it around really good.
05:31And now since we already had the paper ready this is why I like to have it ready before
05:37I finish my strawberries.
05:40This should be really easy since you have it flat on the table.
05:44Just kind of fold it and try to cover as much as you can but it should be really easy
05:52for you to cover it.
05:54And since we have the paper pretty long it should cover the whole bouquet.
06:01And just in case if you want to know where I got this paper I got it at the Dollar Tree.
06:06It was really cheap it was on the section where they have all the gift bags.
06:12And now we are going to make sure that we cover all the sticks all the way to the bottom.
06:18That's why I like to leave the paper a little bit longer.
06:22And now I'm just going to secure it with this string.
06:28And this is how our bouquet looks.
06:30I just love the results.
06:33This is perfect for a gift and the best part is that you can eat it.
