00:00It's a special day for our good president because President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:07celebrated his 67th birthday.

00:11And of course, he didn't miss the chance to greet our hardworking president,

00:16his family and his children.

00:18Let's hear their message from Kenneth Paciente's news center.

00:25President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s family greeted him warmly on his 67th birthday today.

00:33First Lady Luis Araneta Marcos' message to the President on social media was very sweet.

00:38She described him as the sweetest and kindest soul that she has ever met.

00:43She is proud of this because despite her accomplishments,

00:46her low self-esteem remained the same as when she first met him.

00:51The three sons of the President, Nassandro, Simon and Vinny, are grateful

00:55that they have their best dad because despite their busy schedule,

00:59the President is still trying to find a way to bond with them.

01:03But his schedule is really hectic.

01:05So sometimes, he'll just call us and say,

01:07Hey, do you want to have dinner today or do you want to have lunch?

01:12Like, wherever you can fit it in.

01:14And like a typical father, the President is not lacking in giving advice to them.

01:19There's one important lesson that he taught me.

01:22I think it's that when you're facing a problem,

01:26and you become or you get panicky and go in panic mode,

01:31he always says to go away and think first

01:33because whatever your first decision will be,

01:36will always probably not be the best one.

01:39Just to always partake in whatever new or whatever is in front of you.

01:44Just to always ask questions and to always learn.

01:46And I think as a general rule, if you're on that path, you can't really go wrong.

01:52That's why on the President's birthday,

01:54he asked his three children to stay healthy and strong,

01:57especially since it's his responsibility as the country's leader.

02:01Please don't get too stressed out.

02:03Try and find some free time to go camping.

02:06I mean, camping might be hard now, but yeah, just wish he had more free time.

02:11My biggest wish for my dad in general is just that he stays himself.

02:15I mean, he stays the awesome guy, the awesome, cool, amazing parent that he's always been.

02:20Bob, happy, happy birthday. We all love you so much.

02:23And I hope you know, we always will be behind you 100%. Love you!
