00:00A man was found dead in an apartment in Rodriguez, Rizal, and was also stabbed in the neck by the victim.

00:08The suspect was caught when he was wearing a t-shirt that was left in the crime scene.

00:13This is the story of Vel Custodio.

00:17We can see in the CCTV footage that this man seemed to be drunk.

00:22He was found dead in a light pole next to an apartment in Manggahan, Rodriguez, Rizal on Tuesday morning.

00:31He climbed up the terrace of the apartment, slowly walked, and peeked through the window.

00:37Later, he entered the door to steal the apartment.

00:41A few minutes later, he quickly escaped through the CCTV.

00:47At the same time, he went down and when he was able to go down, he casually walked away.

00:53The suspect found out that he was a delivery rider in the area.

00:57He said that he delivered the parcel to the victim several times.

01:00The motive of this is that he is a delivery rider.

01:03While he was delivering his parcel, he was also looking for a possible victim.

01:10Alias Dexter was not content with the theft of the apartment.

01:15He was also able to rob a female victim.

01:18The victim was able to get a wallet with cash worth Php 2,500 and IDs.

01:24A complainant came to us to complain.

01:31We responded immediately.

01:34When we arrived, the police were already there.

01:37The suspect left his T-shirt in the alleged apartment.

01:40He even tried to return it, so he was cornered here.

01:44But the thefts of the suspect were not repaid.

01:48The only evidence that we recovered against him was his T-shirt that was left in the apartment.

01:55The suspect left his T-shirt in the street.

02:07My question to him is, if he was able to drop his T-shirt in front of him because the street is white,

02:14it means that it's a room.

02:16So the T-shirt is clean.

02:20The suspect was able to find out why he left his T-shirt in the apartment.

02:24He said that he was also in another place when the crime happened.

02:27I was able to see it in the CCTV, ma'am.

02:34If there's none, sir, I just pass by the house.

02:38The suspect will face a complaint of robbery.
