00:16HKL's Orthopaedic and Traumatology Department senior consultant, Dr Siti Hawatahir, told
00:22the High Court on Thursday that the medical team needed to monitor Najib's progress
00:26after prescribing him with opioids two days ago.
00:29Dr Siti Hawatahir said the pain has become better with opioids, but Najib has developed
00:35some of the side effects which are nausea and drowsiness.
00:39She said Najib also has sleep apnea and needs to be closely monitored.
00:44Justice Colin Lawrence Sikwera then vacated the trial for Thursday and Friday.
00:50Najib is expected to attend the trial on September 17.
