00:00A search warrant will be requested by the court to investigate the compound where Lucky South 99 Fogo was raided in Purak, Pampanga.

00:09This is because of the allegations that some buildings were buried there.

00:14The camp of Lucky South 99, Cassandra Ong,

00:18broke into the Supreme Court where Congressmen are asking too many questions.

00:30More than 3 months after the raid of Lucky South 99 in Purak, Pampanga,

00:35where the allegations of human trafficking, scam, and torture were raised,

00:40a new search warrant will be applied by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission or PAOC.

00:45Our new witnesses were asked to point out where the bodies of some foreign nationals were buried.

00:54We went there last week and they pointed it out.

00:58The PAOC's request can be seen in some parts of the compound.

01:01We are now applying for a search warrant.

01:05For now, it is legal for us to see and point out the locations pointed out by the witnesses.

01:12According to PAOC, some were rescued by the U.N. in Lucky South 99

01:16when Cassandra Ong was directly involved in the operation of Fogo.

01:21She has direct knowledge of what's happening here.

01:24That's why she's one of the principals of the investigation.

01:27Ong was charged with money laundering, along with former Bambantar lock mayor Alice Guo.

01:32According to Qualified Human Trafficking, his lawyers have not yet seen the details of the complaint.

01:38Ong was rushed to the hospital on September 4 due to low blood sugar and blood pressure.

01:44But he was able to return to his room yesterday, according to the medical bulletin of the House of Representatives.

01:49Ong's lawyers filed a petition for certiorari in the Supreme Court and requested a temporary restraining order

01:56against three committees of the Senate and four committees of the House of Representatives.

02:01She's shouting, she's being ridiculed, she's being intimidated, she's being threatened.

02:07There are very insulting words that are being said to her.

02:11You are her witnesses.

02:13That's the only thing that we want to stop.

02:16Once the right to remain silent is invoked, no further questionings should be made.

02:21According to Ong's lawyers, they did not intend to stop the investigations of the Senate and House of Representatives.

02:29They will continue to listen if necessary.

02:32According to Congressman Dan Fernandez, who is investigating Ong on camera,

02:36Ong will not use the right to remain silent even though he can invoke the right against self-incrimination,

02:42depending on the question.

02:43But what will he do if he doesn't know what to ask him?

02:48Senator Arisa Ontiveros said that they haven't received the petition yet,

02:52but they are confident that the Supreme Court will pass the power of the Senate to issue subpoenas and contempt.

02:59According to PAOC, the connection between Ong Monon and Alice Guo has become clearer

03:08The distant big bosses of Laki South 99 are the henchmen of Guo who hid in Singapore and Indonesia.

03:15This is our allegation and we will prove it in our evidence and testimony

03:20that the two of them, Porak and Bampang, belong to one criminal organization.

03:25Their earnings in Laki South 99 became seed money for the establishment and start-up of the operation in Bamban.

03:33Guo is still in the PNP Custodial Center under the commitment order of Tarlac RTC Branch 109.

03:39But according to the justice secretary, the Bureau of Immigration should have custody of the former mayor.

03:45It's very clear that we are holding an immigration case here and that's very, very important.

03:51The immigration case has a primacy over all others when it comes to Alice Guo.

03:55An immigration case should take precedence over everything.

03:58In fact, the immigration case is only non-bailable.

04:01Guo may have violated a lot of immigration laws.

04:04Fake passport, for being an alien actually, trying to pass yourself off as a Filipino.

04:09I think that's a very major, major violation of law within our country.

04:15It's really an immigration matter.

04:18Possible deportation case, but considering that she's an illegal alien,

04:22if everything is clear, she should be with the immigration.

04:26Guo's lawyer has nothing to say about the deportation case.
