02:44Bicol Partylist Representative Zaldico, were the first to say that the Vice President said

02:50that Romualdez controlled the national budget.

02:54He explained that there is a process of passing it and many lawmakers are investigating it.

03:00ACT-Teachers Partylist Representative Castro denied that the Makabayan Bloc is colluding with Romualdez to impeach Duterte.

03:09But the possibility of impeachment may result from the wrong use of the confidential funds.
