00:00A typhoon hit the Philippine area of responsibility yesterday, but it didn't last long and left the port immediately.

00:13The typhoon was not called Dindo in the local name, but Jong Dari in the international name.

00:20The typhoon is continuously moving north and away from our country.

00:23But Minang Monitor is still monitoring a low-pressure area outside the port,

00:27which is 1,440 kilometers away from the extreme northern zone and is expected to move northwest.

00:34According to Pagasa, it is possible that it will enter the port at any time today or tomorrow.

00:38Is the chance of this being a typhoon low and has no effect?

00:42For now, the typhoon is still hovering in the extreme northern zone while thunderstorms are in the remaining part of the country.

00:49Based on the data of Metro Weather, there are rainfalls in Ilocos Provinces, Cagayan Valley, Cordilleras, Zambales, Bataan, Calabarzon, Mimaropa and Camarines Sur.

00:58It is also possible that it will rain in Antique, Negros Island, Cebu and some parts of Leite Provinces, Malawakan and almost the entire Mindalong.

01:06There is heavy to intense rain in some provinces, so be alert for flash floods or landslides in Metro Manila.

01:13There is still a high chance of rain, especially in the afternoon or evening, as experienced earlier in some provinces.

01:19Heavy rainfall and wind in Quezon City, and some parts of Espana Boulevard in Manila.

01:26Let me remind you, even if the weather is hot and windy in the morning or afternoon, it is still possible for it to rain in the afternoon or evening due to thunderstorms.
