00:04Authorities in Bataan blocked several cargo vessels

00:09that carry more than a million pesos worth of oil

00:13but there are no proper documents.

00:16Five crew members were arrested, including one who jumped into the sea.

00:20We are investigating where the oil came from and where it fell from

00:23that could be used in the so-called Paihi Scheme.

01:15Because of the hit, one of our police officers fell

01:19and there was an accidental firing.

01:21One of the accused was hit on the head.

01:23He was admitted to the hospital and was declared safe.

01:27According to the police, the cargo vessels contain questionable petroleum products

01:31that can't be seen on the paper.

01:34According to our estimate, the worth of 20,000 liters is around 1.5 million pesos.

01:42There should be a notice to engage from the DOA.
