00:00In Valenzuela, a man is being harassed by his neighbor who has a wife and is bedridden.

00:14In the prison of this 24-year-old man,

00:19he harassed his 52-year-old neighbor,

00:24who is a bedridden person with disability in Valenzuela.

00:28He has a so-called mental and intellectual disability.

00:33He has a hard time standing, he is always lying down or sitting in a wheelchair.

00:39And another thing is that he can't speak.

00:44the suspect was seen walking near the locked door of the victim's house on Friday, September 6.

00:53The victim was left alone in their house because his brother bought something from outside.

00:58On the fourth day of the suspect's return, he opened the victim's door.
