00:00When I want to feel better and leave the stress of the world behind, I like to do these two
00:06relaxing stretches, the ragdoll and child's pose. Start by standing tall with your feet hip-width
00:16apart. Fold over at your hips and keep your knees soft. Allow your torso to hang over
00:25and let your arms drop. Let any stress roll off your back and through the floor.
00:32Let's inhale and exhale.
00:39Now bend your knees and bring your pelvis back over your hips.
00:45Then slowly let your torso roll back up until you're standing tall again.
00:51Now move into the child's pose. Get on all fours. Make sure your hands are directly under your
01:00shoulders and keep your knees in line with your wrists. Tighten your abs and keep your lower back
01:08flat. Now put your feet together then push your butt back as far as you can. Reach your hands in
01:16front of you as far as you can. Exhale and inhale at least twice. Do this anytime you want a reset.
