00:00A tropical storm has hit the Philippine area of responsibility.

00:06The storm has passed more than 200,000 kilometers away in the eastern Visayas.

00:12It is expected that the storm will hit the Philippines on Thursday or Friday.

00:17The chance of a landfall is low, but it will hit the Philippines and strengthen Habagat.

00:21As of now, there is an effect of a trough or an extension of a storm in several parts of the country.

00:26Habagat will continue to be affected.

00:29Based on the data of Metro Weather, the chance of rain is still high, especially in the afternoon.

00:34There is a strong rainfall in the Northern and Central Luzon, Bicol Region, Western and Eastern Visayas,

00:40as well as in a large part of Mindanao.

00:42In Metro Manila, it is possible that there will be rain in some places in the morning and may be repeated in the afternoon or night.
