00:00Manpower Group's Employment Outlook Survey indicates global hiring intentions are expected
00:05to remain steady in the fourth quarter of 2024, with a slight increase to 25 percent
00:11compared to 22 percent in the previous quarter.
00:14Despite this, the outlook has decreased by 5 percent.
00:18The survey, which includes responses from over 40,000 employers across 42 countries,
00:24reveal more than 40 percent of employers plan to increase hiring, while 16 percent expect
00:29reductions.
00:30The labor market remains stable, with low unemployment and layoff rates.
00:35India, Costa Rica and the United States show the strongest hiring plans, whereas Argentina
00:41and Israel have the weakest.
