00:19The government expects us to turn up to work knowing that we're going to stay and not be paid for the work that we do, and it is just not on.
00:28They claim that they can't afford the 15% we're asking for. Well, we've already done their homework. We've presented a rapid business case for them.
00:36We've found the savings, but we've not only found the money to pay for our 15%, but we've also found some that will give them some leftover money.
00:47So this government can afford the pay rise. They're choosing not to. They're choosing not to value you.
00:55They're showing that they don't value us, that they don't value women. They don't value a female-dominated profession.
01:02The gender pay gap in NSW is now 6.2%. Labor can help close the gap, but right now they're choosing not to.
