00:00It would mean a lot to us nurses to obviously be fully staffed. We understand NSW is struggling
00:13and we're not getting the nurses because, as Jill said, it's so much more desirable
00:18in Queensland. They also have ratios, which we don't have. I've never had a break on a
00:26night shift, ever. What do we want? 50%! When do we want it? Now! No one wants to stay when
00:42we're short-staffed every shift and we can't give women the care that they deserve. Yes!
00:49That isn't good enough! I love living here and I love being a nurse here in Tamworth and I do not blame anybody that leaves the profession at the moment.
01:01I'm saying for teachers. They've found money for paramedics. They've found money for police. I can tell you one thing that I do know.
01:11They're not coming to the party. This party is missing the people at the top.
01:18They say they're negotiating with us. They have not negotiated once on wages.
01:2450%! What do I need? 15%! What do I deserve? 15%!
