00:00The Philippine Area of Responsibility is now outside the low-pressure area near Batanes.

00:09It was last seen at 680 kilometers northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.

00:14Another LPA, which was last seen at a distance of 2,415 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas, is continuing to approach the PAR.

00:23There is still a chance for LPA to become a storm, but for now, it has no direct effect on our weather.

00:30It will continue to rain heavily here in Luzon while local thunderstorms are expected in other parts of the country.

00:38The number of thunderstorm advisories here in Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Nueva Ecija, Quezon, Bataan, and several parts of Zambales, Tarlac, and Pampanga are high.

00:53Residents from Bantanang Baha or Landslide are being alerted.

00:57Thunderstorm advisories will last until 11.20 this morning.

01:02In the next few hours, a large part of the country will be hit by rain again.

01:06Heavy to intense rain is possible in some areas based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather.
