00:21A man from San Juan, Batangas, was killed in a car accident.

00:26In Kalasyao, Pangasinan, a trash bag was found in a vacant lot.

00:40A tricycle was found next to a road in Barangay Duyong, Kalasyao, Pangasinan.

00:46The two riders of the tricycle dropped the bags containing the contents,

00:50which turned out to be trash bags,

00:54and threw them in a place where there was almost no house.

00:58According to the Barangay Council,

01:00six trash bags were thrown by the two men who were away from the place.

01:05Their identity is still being investigated.

01:08The officials of the barangay also condemned the incident.
