00:00At 4 am on September 5, this TNVS driver entered a subdivision in Paranaque City to follow a Vietnamese woman who booked a ride.

00:10The driver of the TNVS can be seen driving away. But according to the Southern Police District, before he was taken to his destination, he was already holed up.

00:21The TNVS driver has a witness.

00:24He was being followed by the suspect, the driver, and there was also another passenger who was hit by the driver.

00:35The victim was being hit by the passenger who was hit by the driver. The victim was taken away from him with a cellphone and cash worth P35,000.

00:43But the suspect is not content with this.

00:46After he was taken away with his money and cellphone, he was being hit by our Vietnamese victim. Before he was taken away, he was already taken away and he was still being hit.

00:59According to the Southern Police District, after the 32-year-old Vietnamese victim was taken away and hit, he was being followed by the suspects in Parangay San Junis in Paranaque City.

01:08This is where the victim had a chance to report to the police.

01:13The TNVS driver was arrested in Cabuyo, Laguna on September 7 after carrying out a follow-up operation.

01:20Our police backtracked and they were able to see the CCTV. That's why we were able to verify the license plate of the vehicle they used.

01:30He also showed his license when he entered the subdivision.

01:35The vehicle used by the suspects was recovered. The victim's cellphone was also recovered.

01:40The suspect was also given a pocket knife, a .45 caliber gun and a loaded magazine.

01:46He admitted to what he did. This is the mode of our suspects.

01:51Although they did it several times, they were not caught because no one reported.

01:57The driver of the suspect was also arrested. He was not with the perpetrator, but with his accomplice.

02:04According to the police, the TNVS driver was looking for his accomplice.

02:09They knew each other after the driver admitted that he was just a neighbor.
