00:00Drinking and rating coffee in Manchester. Hello and welcome to Coffee Catch-Up.
00:04Today I went to Bruentis, a Greek cafe on Cooper Street and got a pistachio latte.
00:08Now let's have a look at what some of the Manchester World team have been working on over the weekend.
00:12Firstly, Sophia has covered the launch of a new app dedicated to keeping women safe when they're walking through the city alone.
00:17Walk Safe is the result of a collaboration between Emma Kay and Manchester City Council.
00:21The app will be free and include features such as journey tracking and route planning.
00:24There'll also be a Safe Spaces marked out on the map if women feel vulnerable while walking home.
00:28It's a great idea and definitely worth a download.
00:31Moving on to sport now, Sophia's also done a wonderful job putting together a dossier piece on Dame Sarah Storey
00:35who has once again had a phenomenally successful Paralympics Games.
00:39Finally, Michael Plant has a wonderful piece with Justin, a young Manchester City player
00:43with dreams of one day unseeing Erling Haaland as the City No. 9.
00:46The young attacker can play as a striker, winger or midfielder and has become a prominent part of Manchester City's
00:50under-21 side already this season.
00:52As for the coffee, the pistachio flavour's lovely. It tastes real rather than synthetic.
00:56It's maybe just slightly too sweet for me, but really good quality. 7.2.
