00:00The founder of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, Apollo Quibuloy, has appeared in court to face charges against him.

00:08Quibuloy and his accomplices are in good condition according to the PNP.

00:19After DILG Secretary Benjor Abalos faced the leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, Pastor Apollo Quibuloy,

00:27at a press conference, he was brought back here to the PNP Custodial Center.

00:32He was released here at around 12 o'clock.

00:35He will be brought to Pasig RTC and Quezon RTC for his return of warrant.

00:41But he was first faced in a press conference.

00:47From here in Campo Crama, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, Pastor Apollo Quibuloy,

00:51will be brought to Pasig RTC Branch 159 for his case of human trafficking.

00:55This case is non-bailable.

00:57Aside from this, Quibuloy will also proceed to Quezon City RTC Branch for his return of warrant

01:02for cases of sexual abuse of minor and child abuse.

01:05Here, he will be able to pay his fiancee for the two cases.

01:09The bail was set at Php 180,000 for cases of sexual abuse of minor, while Php 80,000 for child abuse.

01:16Remember, the Supreme Court approved the request of the Department of Justice

01:20from Davao City RTC to transfer to the court of Quezon City

01:24the two cases of Quibuloy for his return of warrant.

01:27Earlier this year, the Second Division of the Supreme Court approved the request of the Department of Justice

01:32to transfer the venue of the two criminal cases against Pastor Quibuloy

01:36from Davao City to Quezon City RTC.

01:39These are the criminal cases R-DVO-241439 and R-DVO-24-01440-CR.

01:50The Supreme Court found the request of the DOJ sufficient

01:54because of the public interest and because of the appointment of the accused

01:58as a religious leader in Davao.

02:00Local biases are clear and some witnesses are afraid.

02:05The Supreme Court ordered the branch clerk of branch 12 of Davao RTC

02:09to send all the records to Quezon City RTC.

02:12The Quezon City RTC is now ordered to raffle the cases as soon as the records are received.

02:19Earlier, the PNP spokesperson, Col. Gene Fajardo,

02:22said that Quibuloy is in good condition, even his companions.

02:26He had lunch earlier with hotdog, meatloaf, fried egg, and coffee.
