00:17It's been quite an easy one to be honest that was my thought coming into the
00:23games this would be my last Paralympics I wasn't sure if it would be my last
00:28ever representing Great Britain but having a you know a lot of downtime to
00:33think and you know I'm 45 I enjoy just going away and doing the marathons so
00:40I'll keep doing them until I feel I can't compete with the top guys
