00:07President Bobo Marcos admitted that the strategy for flood control and disaster management needs to be changed.

00:22The inside of the house of Mang Charito from Barangay Pugumangaldan, Pangasinan was flooded.

00:27Their equipment was raised so that the water could not reach it.

00:31The flood rose quickly because of the continuous pouring of rain and heavy winds.

00:36We are going to enter the house. Just be patient because there is nothing we can do, ma'am.

00:40How many more households in the town were affected by the flood?

00:43You can't sleep. You might get inside.

00:46In the town of Kalasyao, 15 barangays were affected by the flood.

00:51The MDRRMO's monitoring in Marusay River is tight.

00:55Now, it is above critical level.

00:57The flood will increase if the river is flooded.

00:59That is why the MDRRMO issued a pre-emptive evacuation.

01:04There was a flash flood in Aguilar, Pangasinan.

01:07The road was flooded and the inside of the town's market was also flooded.

01:11Some residents were evacuated.

01:13In the monitoring of the PDRRMO,

01:15some barangays in Binmalay, Linggayen and Nagupan City were also affected by the flood.

01:20The PDRRMO is still in a red-alert status to monitor the situation.

01:26Kandaba-San Miguel Road and Kandaba-Baliwag Road in Pampanga were also affected by the flash flood.

01:32The river was flooded due to the heavy rain that was caused by the low wind.

01:36Motorists were advised to use an alternative route.

01:40According to the MDRRMO, 15 barangays in Kandaba were flooded.

01:46Some rice fields in San Pedro, Palkarangan in the town of Lubao were also affected by the flood.

01:52The rice fields were also flooded next week.

01:56Due to the heavy rain,

01:58the Common Latar and Canabuan Overflow Drift Bridge in Aretao, Nueva Vizcaya were not able to pass.

02:04Due to the heavy rain,

02:06motorists were advised to use an alternative route

02:10and go to Tabueng Barangay, Latar and Balik.

02:16In Abra de Inug in Occidental, Mindoro,

02:19the ship's voyage to the pier was delayed

02:21after the high and large waves of the low wind rose.
