Drivers revving and performing tricks in cars worth £100,000 on Pall Mall in central London have been caught on camera and issued with penalty notices.A late-night unregistered car meet was discovered less than a mile from Buckingham Palace when Westminster City Council's acoustic noise cameras were triggered.Vehicles including a highly-tuned BMW Coupe and a Mercedes C63 AMG were seen on CCTV "performing doughnuts in dangerous proximity to onlooking crowds and other road users".Others blocked roads and produced noise at the same volume as an operating jack hammer.
