Footage has been released showing the moment a drunk Maserati driver crashed his £70,000 super car in front of police. He was captured hitting a set of railings after attempting to turn right but losing control. He was found to be twice the legal limit and has been banned from driving for 12 months.

The family of Bailey Atkinson, the man killed following an attack in Walsall town centre on Saturday morning, have paid tribute. The 20 year old was attacked by a group on High Street near Asda in the early hours and died a short time later.

The owner of a fine dining restaurant in Birmingham has started a petition to reduce cars and increase pedestrianisation to help local businesses in his area. John Stapleton, owner of 1000 trades, is says that councillors are making life harder for businesses burderened with pandemic debt.
