00:00DOJ said that there is no official request from Indonesia regarding the news of a prisoner swap for Alice Goh.

00:08For now, the court is waiting for the case of Qualified Human Trafficking to be brought to the court without bail.

00:15Here is my report.

00:19In the Senate, the questions about the acquaintance of Dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Goh were raised

00:24based on her acquaintance with Pogo's raid in Bambantarlak, which is located in Bawfu Land, where Alice Goh was an incorporator.

00:32But what Goh denied was that she sold her share in Bawfu.

00:36I am not connected, I am not an operator, I am not a protector or a cutler of Pogo.

00:44I have nothing to do with their operation and with any actions inside and outside of Pogo.

00:51Shortly after the hearings, the questions about who Alice Goh really is were raised.

00:56And based on the investigation of the NBI and COMELEC, Goh's fingerprints are the same as those of a Goh Huaping, a Chinese citizen.

01:05I am a Filipino. I grew up knowing that I am a Filipino.

01:10According to the DOJ, the Qualified Human Trafficking case against Goh will be brought to the court any day.

01:16He has a non-bailable case. We expect it to be decided very soon by the prosecution.

01:24It will be brought to the court on April.

01:26Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Rimulya is not worried about the possibility that Goh will escape again

01:31because it is time for another case to be brought to the court.

01:34At the same time, the hold departure order will be issued against the accused.

01:37The DOJ also said that they have not received an official request regarding the Australian fugitive, Gregor Johan Haas.

01:44According to a news agency in Indonesia, Haas is asking for a replacement for Alice Goh.

01:51In May, Haas was arrested in Bogosebu.

01:54He was connected to the Sinaloa drug cartel in Mexico.

01:57He is behind the entry of a large group of drugs in Indonesia.

02:01Haas is in a BIA detention facility in Taguig.

02:04I cannot make any statements on that because the talks have only just started this morning

02:12and nothing is only about to start.

02:14So I don't have any information to disclose.

02:17So far, we don't have such information.

02:19We don't have contact with anybody about the prisoner swap.

02:24We heard about it through Indonesian media actually.

02:27The prisoner swap is the work of the DFA.

02:30If the Indonesian government has a request, it will go through the DFA.
