00:00We are still here at the PNP Custodial Center inside Camp Krame where Dismissed Bambantarlac Mayor Alice Goh is detained.

00:09As of now, we can see that the situation is quiet. There are not many movements.

00:13But we can see that there are a lot of police personnel who are going around here and the security is very tight here in the PNP Custodial Center

00:21because of the so-called death threat of Alice Goh.

00:25Earlier, PNP Spokesperson Police Colonel Gene Fajardo said that they are waiting for the court's decision

00:34because Alice Goh already has a warrant of arrest for violating the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.

00:42So, what will happen now is that the authorities will return to the Tarlac Regional Trial Court

00:51to return the warrant of arrest and this will prove that they have already served the warrant of arrest to their subject, Alice Goh.

01:01So now, they will wait for the court's order on where Alice Goh will be transferred to.

01:07Will she be transferred to another facility or will she remain here in the PNP Custodial Center?

01:12Because her charges of violating the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act are available,

01:19it is possible for the court to issue a warrant of arrest for her if she is able to pay her pension

01:24and the Senate Sergeant at Arms will serve their warrant of arrest for her contempt charges to the Senate

01:33and if she is able to pay her pension, it is possible for her case to be transferred to the Senate.

01:42and he asked for help from DILG and PNP Alice Goh regarding the death threats that she is accepting.

01:49She was also promised by Abalos and PNP Chief Romel Marbil that she will be protected.

01:54Goh should tell them who is in charge of her life.

01:59Regarding the return of Goh to the Philippines, Abalos said that yesterday,

02:03they were given early morning by the Indonesian authorities to arrest Goh.

02:09If this is not followed, the Indonesian police will lose Goh because she has no case there

02:14and it is possible for them to sue the authorities for illegal detention.

02:18Abalos asked for help from his friend, Mr. Chen, to use his private plane to follow Goh to Indonesia.
