00:48De la Serna clarified he was just following the order of Atty.

00:55came to the attention of the members of the committee of his trips abroad with Atty.

01:01According to Antipolo City's 2nd District Representative, Romeo Acop, de la Serna and

01:08Jararoque traveled 6 times to different countries.

01:11Mr. Chair, the first trip was a trip to Hong Kong.

01:16As far as I know, that was the premiere night of a movie with the Marcos family, Mr. Chair.

01:25Moreover, the committee rejected a motion by Atty.

01:29Jararoque to quash a subpoena requiring him to submit various documents such as business

01:36records, tax returns, and statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth, or SAL-N, according

01:44to Batanga's 2nd District Representative, Gervale Luistro.

01:48Those documents are vital in the legal probe.

01:52At this point, Mr. Chair, I maintain that the documents which are being required are

01:57relevant to the subject matter of the investigation.

02:01Because if Jararoque will not be able to prove the sources of his assets, then there is a

02:12possibility indeed that will support his connection to this POGO operation.

02:18Meanwhile, the House Medical Team confirmed that Cassandra Lee Ong has been staying in

02:23one of the hospitals in Taguig City since last night.

02:27She was also checked by other medical specialists just to identify her health issues and provide

02:34the appropriate medical treatment.

02:37The House Medical Team assured Ms. Ong can attend future House Squad Committee hearings.

02:43To recall, Cassandra Lee Ong was rushed to the hospital last night due to a blood sugar

02:49level drop and low blood pressure.
