00:22West is prepared to stand up to him, he will continue in his aggression and murder and butchery
00:27as before. My Honourable Friend always speaks words of wisdom and his words of wisdom are
00:35very appropriate for where we are. I'm not smarter than anybody else, I never professed to be Mr
00:42Chairman, but many of us at that time thought that we needed to stand up to Crimea, we didn't.
00:48I'm not blaming anybody for that, but it's just a fact of where we were. If we did it then I think
00:53the attacks in Donbass would not have happened with the same level of ferocity.
