00:00Today, I would like to present a PC based on the testimony of several individuals involved in the Perkeso false charge case.
00:13In fact, Perkeso, through an in-depth investigation that began this year,
00:19carried out by the Anti-Fraud, Ethical and Integrity Unit of Perkeso,
00:26we have revealed the existence of a series of fake fraud charges,
00:33especially in the aspect of Faidah losing her permanent job.
00:40And in our investigation, we found that this cartel has been operating for several years.
00:49So, following the in-depth investigation, Perkeso has taken the initiative to report this case to the SPRM.
01:00And starting in July this year, Perkeso, together with the SPRM,
01:08has carried out an Ops Tunjang to pass the false charge cartel.
01:14So far, the SPRM, through the Ops Tunjang, has arrested 32 individuals,
01:21including 3 drug addicts, on September 3, 2024, yesterday.
01:27And the value of the loss due to the cartel's activities so far is expected to exceed RM2 million.
01:35The Ops Tunjang will continue.
01:37Even though we have arrested 32 individuals yesterday,
01:41the Ops Tunjang will continue with the cooperation of the SPRM and the Ministry of Health of Malaysia, KKM.
01:48Kesumar and Perkeso will not compromise on this issue.
01:52We are determined to fight such cartels endlessly.
01:58Because the purpose of this Faidah is to be handed over to their worthy successors and heirs.
02:05So, there is no compromise on this issue.
02:09I have also instructed Perkeso to take a proactive step,
02:15to carry out a challenge to the process of making a claim,
02:20so that we can avoid things like this from happening again.
02:24YB has informed us about the process of investigating Perkeso.
02:32As stated by YB, we will not stop here.
02:37We will continue to investigate.
02:40Maybe there will be more cases of claims that will be identified for sure.
02:45And the procedure will be taken for us to cooperate with the SPRM.
02:50Maybe there is an SOP from Perkeso himself,
02:53which is said to be a breach,
02:56because Dato Sumi said earlier that there was an investigation at the hospital and so on.
03:00So, if there is an investigation, it is impossible for people to say that it is a breach.
03:07Or will the SOP itself be cleaned up now or what?
03:11The SOP from Perkeso itself?
03:12We actually have existing mechanisms,
03:17as stated by Dato Sumi.
03:22There are various parties involved.
03:24So, it's not just one party.
03:27There is the example of private hospitals.
03:29Then, there is the group of doctors.
03:31These are two different parties.
03:33Then, there are also our process officers.
03:37So, actually, there is already a process involving various parties.
03:42But we see through this investigation,
03:45starting from, as I said, an in-depth investigation,
03:47this teaching tells us that
03:50we need to upgrade the mechanism of saving and balancing,
03:54or check and balance,
03:55to ensure that there are no gaps.
03:59Now, we can close everything.
