00:05Heavy rains caused flooding of Baguiong Enteng and Habagat in the so-called barangay.

00:19Patrick, the rain is still experiencing here in Barangay Bagong Silangan in Quezon City.
00:25Yesterday, Patrick, it reached up to 15 feet or equivalent to a house of rain
00:30because of the rains brought by Baguio Enteng and Habagat.
00:34The rain, Patrick, is from the water that flows into Marikina River.
00:39Because Barangay Bagong Silangan is only on the boundary of Marikina and San Mateo Rizala.
00:47It reached more than 1,000 individuals or equivalent to more than 200 families
00:52The current situation in the three evacuation centers in Barangay Bagong Silangan in Quezon City
00:58because of the heavy rains brought by Baguio Enteng and Habagat.
01:03Barangay Bagong Silangan is the only one in five flood-prone areas in the city
01:07such as Tumana, Rojas District, Apolonia-Sampson, and Doña Imelda.
01:12There are 32 barangays that are considered landslide-prone areas.
01:17In total, more than 2,000 residents or equivalent to almost 700 families were evacuated in Quezon City.
01:25The majority of them are from Barangay Bagong Silangan, which has more than 1,000 individuals.
01:30Barangay Rojas District, which has more than 100 families or more than 300 individuals.
01:36Barangay Tatalon, which has more than 30 families or almost 300 individuals.
01:41Payatas, which has more than 50 families or equivalent to almost 200 families.
01:47And Barangay Holy Spirit, which has more than 80 families or equivalent to more than 200 individuals.
01:54The Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office,
01:59which is part of the City Veterinary Department in Barangay Bagong Silangan,
02:03has also become a pet holding area for evacuees.
02:07At present, the water level in Lamesa Dam remains at 79.95 meters,
02:13which is still at a critical level.
